Chess workshop

Some children from sixth class were treated to a chess workshop on Friday with Rúairí from Red King Chess.

The event, designed to introduce new strategies and enhance critical thinking skills, was met with great enthusiasm.

Throughout the workshop, students explored fundamental and advanced chess concepts, from opening strategies to endgame techniques.

Guided by an experienced instructor, they eagerly tackled puzzles, discussed tactical moves, and challenged their classmates in friendly matches.
