Learning About Rivers in Third Class

3rd Class have been busy learning about the Rivers of Ireland.

We are so lucky to have one of the Three Sister Rivers flowing through Athy.

We took a walk down town to draw Crom Abú Bridge, White's Castle and of course, the River Barrow.

We had so much fun and finished our walk with a visit to the library.

It was a lovely day out for all of 3rd Class. We have included an example of the fantastic work from the classes.
