They worked as scientists and conducted a fair test investigation to determine which type of tissue paper is the most absorbent.
They made predictions prior to conducting the fair test.
They ensured that the test was kept fair by using the same size piece of each type of tissue and also by placing all three pieces of tissue in the water at the same time.
The children had great fun with the experiments and enjoyed working independently.
