Wishing you all a Happy New Year. I hope you all had a restful break with your families.
I wish to advise that Scoil Mhichíl Naofa will reopen tomorrow for all students at their scheduled times.
Your continued co-operation in ensuring that the impact of COVID-19 is kept to a minimum would be much appreciated. Please do not send your child to school if s/he is symptomatic. When your child is attending school, please remind them of the need for proper respiratory and hand hygiene, appropriate social distancing and wearing face masks, as appropriate.
We are experiencing a significant level of staff absence due to COVID-19 with little/no substitute cover available at this time. Consequently, in accord with our COVID RESPONSE PLAN, there is a possibility that some classes will have to operate ‘remotely’ on Google Classroom (GC) for a period until the staffing situation stabilises. I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible to you, if this situation arises in the coming weeks. Over the coming days, your child’s GC account will be activated. If you have any difficulty with passwords etc, please contact the school office
